Passenger Salary

Enter total cost of each passengers yearly salary incl. any Bonusses, Commissions etc.. On top of the salary, add a factor to cover mandatory expenses like:

  • Pension plan
  • Holiday pay
  • Mandatory social expenses such as ATP, maternity leave etc.

For example, Dansk Industri inform a factor of 43% is often needed to be added on the salary to cover all these extra expenses and personal benefits.

Finally add the weekly amount of work hours and the amount of holiday weeks per year. It is very individual, but a number could for example be 51 hours per week and 2 holiday weeks for high-level Executive and 37 hours per week and 5 holiday weeks for standard employees. 

 

Car Economy

Cost per mileage: kr.

Below a list of four group of cars. Numbers based on Danish-AAA (FDM) and bilpriser.dk.

  • Class 1: Audi A4, BMW 3-serie, Mercedes C-class: Gasoline = kr. 6,62 (13,0 km/l) or Diesel = kr. 6,71 (17,0 km/l)
  • Class 2: Audi A6, BMW 5-serie, Mercedes E-class: Gasoline = kr. 9,43 (11,0 km/l) or Diesel = kr. 9,16 (15,0 km/l)
  • Class 3: Audi A8, BMW 7-serie, Mercedes S-class: Gasoline = kr. 15,10 (9,0 km/l) or Diesel = kr. 18,23 (11,0 km/l)
  • Class 4: Audi Q7, BMW X5-serie, Mercedes ML-class: Gasoline = kr. 13,84 (6,5 km/l) or Diesel = kr. 12,47 (9,0 km/l)

 

Distances & Times

Appointment Times

Appointment start time entered as decimal number: end time:
Enter the time your appointment you travel to like a meeting starts and when it ends. So for example time 10:00 is 10,00, time 12:30 is 12,50 and time 14:45 is 14,75.

 

Car distance

Distance pr. km. driven by own car per direction: km.
Time it takes to drive above distance per direction, written as decimal numbers: hours. 

 

Helicopter distance

Distance pr. km. flown in helicopter (HOD) per direction: km.

Distance on helikopter can either be found in our many examples, measured with Google Maps or KRAK Maps or given by Copenhagen Helicopter, when you get a quote from us from your specific request.

For example Roskilde - Aarhus is 140km. each direction.

 

Scheduled Flight and Train departure and arrival back home

Ferry/Bridge, Plane- & Train Tickets

Work Efficiency during Travel

Compared to the effeciency at the office and normal environment, we as humans are less work-effecient during travel. How much or little we are effecient is very individual but should be encounted as a factor on each mode of transportation.

Enter a factor between 0-100% that you believe fits your ability to work on each mode of transportation while you travel.

If unknown, we recommend the following based on level of privacy from other unknown passengers, having a private secure undisturbed business meeting onboard and physical ability to work on your computer online while travelling:

  • Car: 5%
  • Helicopter: 70%
  • Scheduled Flight: 30%
  • Train: 30%

 

Miscellaneous times incl. usage of taxi

 

We have defined certain minor standard times spend when transitting from one mode of transportation to another incl. time walking from office/destination to/from helicopter etc..

Though you are welcome to alter these standard times below for a more accurate simulation specific for your case and needs.
