1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information you provide to us and / or which we collect about you when you are a customer of Copenhagen Helicopter or when you visit our websites.

3. Website and cookies

3.1. When you visit our site, we use Google Analytics cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser in order to recognize your computer on repeat visits. Cookies help us see how many people visit the site (traffic measurement) and how our users interact with the site. We do not process user behavior information that may link user behavior to specific individuals.

4.1. If you are a customer or contact us via our website, we collect the following general personal information about you, including: name, address, postal code, city, country, mobile number and email address as well as billing information such as company name, CVR no. If the site allows for automatic card payment, we also collect payment card information.

4.2. Personal information is never disclosed to a third party unless you explicitly consent to it.

4.3. We do not collect any specific categories of personal information (sensitive information) about you.

4.4. Our online HOD-SIM does not collect any of the data inputs you enter in any form or shape.

 

5. Processing of personal information

5.1. We only process personal information to the extent necessary, e.g. when created as a customer. It can for example. be necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under agreements and related services. It can also be to live up to the obligations we have as a Danish company, where Danish law covers us.

5.2. Personal information must be understood as defined in the Personal Data Act.

5.3. We do not profiling you and do not abuse your personal information. In addition, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.

5.4. If you are a customer, we use your personal information to:
